Always a pleasure staying here. Liked: Love this place. The staff here are always helpful, very kind and transparent. Disliked: Washer wasn’t working this time— hopefully it will be fixed next time!

Scary, unsafe, dangerous Liked: Nothing. This place was disgusting and unsafe. Disliked: There is a padlock on the outside of the door, so they could lock you in while you are asleep if they wanted. This is super sketchy and unsafe. The bathroom is a scary-looking shower that’s been modified and put into a closet. It’s disgusting. The walls are super thin and it’s in a dangerous neighborhood. We felt unsafe walking at night and our car was broken into in the nearby garage. We heard gunshots at night as well. We want a refund. We didn’t sleep at all. This place is horrible

Reasonable for the price, clean room and friendly staff. Liked: Very clean room, property staff were very nice. Location was great, 10 minute or less walk to restaurants, grocery stores etc. Close to Union station. Room had towels and shower products as well, shower and toilet worked great. Disliked: Check in was a bit weird, we had to call once we arrived there and wait for someone to come from a different property, we ended up waiting with our bags in a tight hallway with other guests or residents of the building walking by and we were unsure of where to go or what to do. Once someone arrived though they showed us to our room and everything was great after that.
